Warden Hill Junior School

Our School

Thank you for your interest in our school. We believe that children should be given the opportunity to reach their full potential in a happy, secure and safe environment.

Warden Hill Junior School was built in 1968 and serves a suburban catchment area towards the north of Luton. Currently we are a four form entry junior school, though our upper school has three forms at the present time.  The vast majority of our children transfer from Warden Hill Infant School. We have a number of children who choose our school from outside the catchment area.

All our classrooms are well equipped with interactive whiteboards or interactive screens to make learning more enjoyable. The school has a computer suite along with mobile devices, enabling children to make the most use of technology.

We are fortunate in having spacious grounds which mean the children can get plenty of regular exercise. We have a full and exciting programme of PE which includes regular swimming.
The school takes part in a wide range of extra-curricular sporting activities, including fixtures against other schools. We also have a selection of extra-curricular clubs run by staff in their own time.

We hope that this web site will give you a flavour of life here at Warden Hill.
